WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

  • Correct activation of the pelvic floor muscle

  • The foundational LiBDO pelvic movements 

  • To do these while activating the pelvic floor muscles

  • The first five sequences of the LiBDO series

  • Suitable for complete beginners.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED 

  • 6 live online classes via Zoom

  • Mondays 7pm-7.45pm 

  • Starts Monday 1st June, and continues until 6th July 

  • Designed for complete beginners, classes will build stamina
    and ability week by week

  • Zoom replays of each session available until the course ends,
    so you practice according to your schedule and revisit the sessions multiple times throughout the course.

  • A 10 minute Daily Kegel Exercise Challenge for deep and balanced muscle building

Replays will be sent out after each class, and remain available until the end of the course.
